My husband and I had an early dinner at Konoko's Thursday September 22, 2024. The restaurants' environment was very welcoming. The bathrooms were pristine! My husband ordered the oxtails. They were great. So good, he ordered one to take home. I ordered the Yardie Jerk Chicken again as this was my second visit to Konoko. I was not pleased. While the portions were substantial, 2 of 3 pieces of my chicken were dry and tasteless. Almost like they were leftover from the day before. The jerk sauce helped. Not sure I would order the Yardie again. Our waiter Theo was awesome!!

I usually do not write reviews but the level of service here has made it inevitable. I am a stickler for customer service. Each and every time I have lunch or dinner here, I request for Mike T 1 love, he provides a level of customer service that is exemplary. He is courteous, punctual, thoughtful and has great humor. Topped with the great food here, it is a no brainier to continue patronizing this establishment.. When I say Mike is a great waiter, absolutely AMAZING. Keep up the great work Konoko..

Took my daughter here for her 21st birthday. I love this area in White Marsh and although unexpected, this trendy Jamaican restaurant fit right in. The decor is very, very nice!! The hostess was nice & polite and it did not take long to be seated. Our assigned server was nice also, gave us an overview of the restaurant and some suggestions. We ordered the Salmon bites as an appetizer, they were nice sized pieces of salmon that were not overly done up in batter, nice, light and juicy. We enjoyed those. I went with the Rasta Pasta w/chicken and my daughter went with the Yardie Chicken and a side of coco bread. Everything was flavorful and really good. My pasta was not oily which is always a plus in my book. We enjoyed all of our food and we will come back to try other dishes.

Who wants to take a flight to Jamaica . Well sit back and relax! I took a flight / car ride to @experienceKonoko In white Marsh, Md .If you're looking for an upscale , good vibes and great Jamaican food ! This place is the one ! . The restaurant is beautifully decorated with flight themed . The waiter I had was really helpful and went through what he recommended which was a big help . I started with what they called Jam Jam Shrimp appetizer, which is in a house made cream sauce which come with a warm piece of Coco bread . The sauce alone paired with the Coco Bread yes please ! I would give this an appetizer 10 plus . For my drink I got the Breezy lemonade which had :pineapple, Pina colada puree & Blue raspberry. I would give this drink about it was just ok to me but don't let that stop you from trying to your self . Now on to the main course! For my main course I got their Kōnōkō Seafood Pasta which usually comes with onions , red/green peppers , cream sauce shrimp, scallops, crabmeat lobster tail and vegetables, which I just chose the shrimp in my pasta. I would give this pasta 9/5 definitely would go back to get it again . Overall my experience was 10. Thus is a great place to have birthday get togethers, brunch or even a cute date spot .

I would 100% recommend this restaurant. The decor alone makes you want to stay. The salmon bites were fairly large and delicious. More like tenders instead of bites. The snapper was fried to perfection and season very well along with the cabbage and rice. The jerk wings were definitely jerk, but not too spicy. Also very tender. I truly love the inclusion of the 12 cup drink tower. There was four of us and we had three drinks a piece. Each cocktail had its own flare and taste, and they were not skimping on the liquor. The service started off fairly well, however, towards the end of our meal, the server disappeared, and we couldn't even get water. I would definitely come back for happy hour if I'm the area.

I ordered my food to go online. I ordered the salmon bites, Mac and cheese, rice and peas, mild jamican patty, and side of oxtail sauce. The order was ready fast. I didn't go inside because they have a pickup window which is cool! The food was delicious and I will definitely be ordering again and I will be dining in for sure.

I am late in this review. We absolutely loved this place. Double date with my sister and her man as well as mine. After movie and bowling we ate here. Loved the food and drinks. My oxtails were the best I've had. Salmon bites were tasty. Hubby loved his seafood pasta dish. I did too . Jerk wings to go were delicious. Not too spicy, just the way I like them. Waitress was awesome. Clean, sophisticated restaurant. Would definitely go back.

Brunch at Konoko is a whole vibe!! We made the trek all the way from Washington DC (area) to enjoy the food, music, ambiance, and service at Konoko. and Konoko delivered on all fronts!! We had two amazing servers, Sweet pea and Orin, who took amazing care of me and my group. We were seated in the cove, an intimate private booth, which I absolutely adored, since my reservation was for four people, however, a fifth friend decided last minute to spontaneously make the trek too, and popped up at the restaurant, and our cute booth quickly became packed, especially after a few drinks ;). But we made the best of it, and Konoko graciously accommodated us. The food was soo good!! everything bursted with flavor and deliciousness...so much so, that my friends had to repeatedly apologize to me for complaining about how I made them come all the way out to White Marsh. Shrimp and grits tasted just as good as it looked..probably THE best shrimp and grits Ive had in a very long time. The seafood pasta was amazing, and that snapper was perfectly seasoned. Everything was fantastic!! On that note: there's an option called Kitchen One Love on the dessert menu that allows guests to make a cash (only) donation to the "hands that prepared the meal". I didn't have much cash to make a generous donation, but yelpers, please remember to support when you get the chance.
